High Season

• Nov 16-July 31: $3500 per 6 night, 7 days

Low Season

• Aug 01-Nov 15: $2500 per 6 night, 7 days

Terms

• 50% deposit upon booking
• 100% due 60 days prior to arrival
• 50% refund if booking is cancelled 45 days prior to arrival
• No refund when stay is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival
• Refundable damage and guest overage deposit upon signing rental agreement
• Tax not included in rates
